| Grilled sweet pepper salad |
|
Choose heavy red peppers. Wash them and put in a very hot oven for at least three quarters of an hour. Do not forget to turn them at midway.
When the skin starts to crack, remove them from the oven. Peel them while they are still hot, you will find it easier.
Remove the seeds and cut them into thin strips. Season and cover with olive oil then sprinkle with parsley and finely chopped garlic.
Leave them to marinate in a cool place. |
