    Born in Toulon, the family origins of Martine are all deeply-rooted in the Mediterranean region, from Catalonia to Italy. During her childhood, she shared her holidays between the smell of the eucalyptus on the Island of Porquerolles, where her grandparents have a little fisherman’s cottage on the village square, and the aroma of the dishes prepared by her great grandmother to whom she owes her special taste as well as the secrets of the Provençal cuisine.

    She has retained her passion for the flavours of the region since this time, with her cuisine still deeply-anchored in Provençal tradition. She is also sufficiently imaginative to be able to continually surprise her guests…
